No. The package price is fixed, and we do not charge even a single rupee extra under any name. There is no platform fee, service charge, booking fee, convenience fee or handling fee, and nothing is added after you confirm.

The ₹500 advance is part of your package price, not an additional amount.

The only way your total can change is if you yourself ask us to add something beyond the package. In that case we tell you the exact cost first, and nothing is added without your agreement.

Yes. On your first booking with us, you get 10% off packages priced above ₹5,000 and 5% off packages priced at ₹5,000 or below. Mention the offer when you message or call us. We apply it to the package price and confirm your final total before you pay the ₹500 advance.

Depending on the package and mode you choose, the price covers puja samagri, the pandit’s dakshina, sankalp, prasad, chadhava and receipt-related charges. Online pujas also include live video participation, photographs and video recording, as per the package.

Every puja page lists its packages, and we confirm the exact inclusions with you before you pay the advance.

A ₹500 advance confirms your booking. The remaining amount is paid after the puja is completed, to Ujjain Pandit Seva or directly to the assigned pandit, as agreed when you book.

Payments are currently coordinated manually by our team. We share the payment details when you book and provide a receipt as applicable to your package.

No. The price confirmed with you at booking is the price you pay for that package. Prices shown on the website apply to new bookings.

We assign a suitable pandit from our trusted network based on your puja, availability and our quality standards, so you do not have to compare or negotiate with individual pandits. If you have a specific requirement, tell us and we will see what is practical.

As early as you can, especially for a puja tied to a particular date or festival, because pandit availability on popular dates is limited.

Please tell us as early as possible. How the ₹500 advance is treated depends on how close the puja date is and what has already been arranged. We explain this clearly at the time, and it is covered in our Terms & Conditions.

We try to accommodate reasonable requests where it is practical. Whether something is possible is explained up front. If it needs an additional charge, we tell you the cost first and add nothing without your agreement.

Our pujas are performed according to Vedic procedures. Our service standard includes Vedi construction and complete mandal construction, even for smaller pujas, and we assign pandits according to our quality standards.

Yes. It is free for customers who book a puja. Based on it, we may suggest relevant pujas, but it is guidance only, there is no pressure, and we do not promise specific results from any puja.

You choose a puja package and the pandit performs the puja in Ujjain on the confirmed date. Depending on your package, you can join by live video call and receive photographs and a video recording. We confirm exactly what your package includes before you pay the advance.

A phone or computer with a working internet connection if you want to join live, and your sankalp details, such as your name and gotra, which we ask for when you book.

Message us on WhatsApp within 15 minutes after the puja concludes. We review your concern and discuss it with the assigned pandit. If we accept it as a service-quality complaint, the remaining post-puja payment is refunded under our current policy. The ₹500 advance is treated separately.

Every concern is reviewed individually. It is not an automatic refund, and a concern about the spiritual outcome is not a service-quality complaint, because no puja can promise a specific result.

We coordinate your puja and tell you what to expect. Where needed, we can also help you reach the puja venue from your hotel. We confirm the local arrangements with you when you book.

We are a managed puja service. You book a package with us, and we take responsibility for the experience: confirming the price and inclusions in advance, assigning a suitable pandit, coordinating the puja and handling any concern you raise. The rituals are performed by pandits from our network.
