Our commitments

If something is not right, you are not on your own

  1. 1. Message us on WhatsApp within 15 minutes after the puja concludes.
  2. 2. We review your concern and discuss it with the assigned pandit.
  3. 3. If we accept it as a service-quality complaint, the remaining post-puja payment is refunded under our current policy. The ₹500 advance is treated separately.

    Visiting in person? We coordinate your puja and, where needed, help you reach the venue from your hotel.

    The puja is performed

    Online: join by live video, or receive photos and video, as your package includes. In Ujjain: we coordinate everything on the day.

    Pay the balance after the puja

    The remaining amount is paid after the puja, to Ujjain Pandit Seva or directly to the assigned pandit, as agreed when you book.

Answers before you book

Frequently asked questions

No. The package price is fixed, and we do not charge even a single rupee extra under any name. There is no platform fee, service charge, booking fee, convenience fee or handling fee, and nothing is added after you confirm. The ₹500 advance is part of your package price, not an additional amount. The only way your total can change is if you yourself ask us to add something beyond the package. In that case we tell you the exact cost first, and nothing is added without your agreement.
