Ujjain Pandit Seva is a personalised consultation platform that connects devotees with independent, experienced priests (Pandits) for Vedic rituals, pujas and astrology-related guidance. We are not an automated booking marketplace — every requirement is discussed and confirmed with you personally before a priest is recommended and an appointment is scheduled.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only once we have discussed your requirement, agreed on the priest, ritual, date and pricing, and you have provided your consent to proceed. Enquiries submitted through our website, phone or WhatsApp do not constitute an automatic booking.
4. Pricing
Pricing varies depending on the specific ritual, priest experience and samagri required, and is explained transparently before you confirm a booking. Any advance payment or full payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon directly with you.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed ritual, so we can accommodate the priest’s availability and, where applicable, discuss any refund of amounts paid in advance.
6. Role of the Priest
Priests within our network are independent religious practitioners. While we personally vet and recommend priests based on experience and conduct, the performance of specific rituals, their duration, and minor procedural variations may differ slightly between priests based on tradition and practice.
7. Devotee Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information (such as names, gotra, birth details, and venue details) required for your ritual or consultation, as inaccurate details may affect the sankalp or the accuracy of an astrological reading.
8. Astrology & Vastu Disclaimer
Astrology and Vastu consultations are offered as traditional guidance based on Vedic principles. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ujjain Pandit Seva facilitates the connection between devotees and priests and makes every reasonable effort to ensure a smooth, authentic experience. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, weather, or venue-related issues.
10. Website Use
Content on this website, including text, images and service descriptions, is provided for informational purposes. Images used are representative and may not depict the exact priest, venue, or materials used in your specific ritual.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
